FLO SA intends to enter into a contract with ISPAS AS for the procurement of LCTE (low cost emitter, hereafter called "threat emulator") for use in training for emulating enemy radar systems in training assignments. In addition, to ensure the necessary running time of the system, a service contract is required that verifies that the tenderer ensures immediate service capacity when components require repairs and/or replacements. FLO SA deems the terms in the Defence and Security Procurement Regulations § 5-3 letter c to be fulfilled, and therefore carries out an intention notice in accordance with FOSA §9-4.Total value 77 MNOK
