Lot 1 covers the provision of services in the area of Medical services including Ergonomics, such as: • Pre-recruitment medical examinations of prospective new employees • Annual medical examinations of staff members • Preventive vaccination/screening campaigns (e.g. seasonal flu vaccination, antibody testing) • On-site ergonomic assessments of workstations in the offices of the contracting authorities • Data collection and maintenance of medical files of staff members • Advise on compliance with the regulatory framework according to the SR and CEOS • Psycho-sociological assistance • Consult with medical experts (medical doctors, psychologist, occupational health therapist) • General administration (invoicing, correspondence, verification and certification of medical test results etc.)
