The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to submit an application for pre-qualification in a negotiated procedure for the following services/projects: Framework agreement for construction management for the alteration of infrastructure and buildings connected to mounting antennas and masts. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency has been given the task of altering the infrastructure and expanding stations in connection with FMA assembling new antennas and masts at a number of locations; project MIME/SSSB. This reconstruction will also involve a lifetime extension of the existing buildings, with subsequent securing requirements for buildings and infrastructure. Approx. 70 locations have been identified distributed nationwide. The locations have different systems that require varying extent and alterations. There will be several locations with inaccessible/challenging access. FMA is responsible for the material deliveries of antennas and radio equipment, and there is a close connection between the material delivery, the implementation contracts (another framework agreement), and this framework agreement for construction management. Work on the framework agreement will partly be financed by NATO, and THERE are NATO requirements for the country of origin for all material and personnel. See the qualification documentation for details. The framework agreement will have a maximum duration of seven years. The maximum value is NOK 180,000,000
