Limerick City and County Council seek to appoint a consultant to provide technical consultancy services, to carry out remediation and development activities at the Longpavement Landfill in Limerick City through detailed design, statutory procedures, tender and construction. The consultant will be required to undertake the role of Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PDSP) for the duration of the commission. The selected Consulting Engineering firm for this project must possess expertise in various areas, including environmental impact assessment, Natura Impact Screening, waste licensing, as well as the design, construction, and supervision of landfill remediation works and related infrastructure. The brief also include for a masterplan for reuse of the land.
