Ireland – Telecommunications services – TR4406 - Service Provider for Enhancement of Mobile Communications Signals to ESB Smart Meters in Locations identified by ESB as having poor signal pursuant to a framework agreement

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a framework agreement for the provision of Mobile Services Signal enhancement to facilitate communication of Smart Meters. at locations identified by ESB. This service will be initiated for Apartment Block locations identified by ESB. The service provider(s) will be responsible for the design, build, operation and maintenance of any solution necessary to enable reliable meter communications at the specified locations
