🇮🇪Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin)·Ireland
TU Dublin is seeking qualified transport providers to establish a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for campus-wide bus services. This includes transport for sports teams, clubs, and various university activities, with a focus on accessibility. Companies specializing in transport services, particularly those with experience in providing accessible vehicles, should consider bidding.
Full Description
TU Dublin wishes to establish a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement of qualified transport providers for the Provision of Campus Wide Bus Services for TU Dublin. There are currently over 40 sports clubs and 80 societies which require bus and coach hire throughout the academic year. The majority of trips will return on the same day, however, on occasion an overnight stay may be required. This framework includes, as required, the supply of wheelchair‑accessible vehicles and transport solutions for students with specific mobility requirements, using appropriately accessible vehicles. The framework agreement will be divided into two (2) lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate framework agreement. • Lot 1: Transport for sports teams/athletes, clubs, societies and groups including, but not limited to; regular matches, competitions, training sessions and other scheduled trips. Where appropriate, and at the discretion of the University, this lot may also be used by other University groups for comparable transport requirements. • Lot 2: Transport for any TU Dublin ad- hoc group activities such as, but not limited to; events, excursions, cultural outings, and occasional evening or overnight trips. Requirements will vary during the contract term and will be drawn down as needed by the University. Tenderers may submit a response for both lots, however, they may only be appointed to one lot.
