This contract covers the provision of a scoping study to assess the current landscape of early warning and Impact-based Forecast (IbF) initiatives across Africa. The scoping study is an essential precursor to four regional IbF pilot demonstrators, focusing on West Africa, East Africa, Central Africa and Southern Africa.
