In summary, the Goods comprise: 1 modular unit for the following National Monument Sites • Ennis Friary, Abbey Street, Ennis, Co. Clare, V95 AN28 The Successful Tenderer will be required to supply and install the prefabricated welfare units on each of the sites. Units to be Fully Finished with all internal plumbing and electrical services. The accommodation will need to be durable, meet part L of the current building and fire regulations, be energy efficient including remote monitoring systems and be vandal proof.
