Ireland – Library construction work – Alterations and upgrade works to Ballaghaderreen Public Library, Dillon House, Main St. Ballaghaderreen, Co Roscommon

Alterations and upgrade works to Ballaghaderreen Public Library, an existing three storey building known as Dillon House a protected structure. Works to include installation of internal insulation with heating upgrade over three floors. Provision of wheelchair accessibility, self service access to library spaces and meeting room using specialist My Open Library access control technology. New floor coverings, mechanical and electrical upgrade, selected new internal and external doors, windows and minor alterations to ground floor. Adjustments to existing footpaths, rear entrance and surface water drainage system to provide a disabled car park space at Dillon House, Main Street, Ballaghaderreen, Co Roscommon, on behalf of Roscommon County Council.
