The objective of the procurement is to cover the Defence sector ́s need for a licence administration tool and with any possibility for support in installation and configuration services for the implementation of the tool. The licence administration tool shall give the contracting authority a complete overview of the current licences used on the Norwegian Armed Forces Secure Platforms (FSP) and enable the Contracting Authority to comply with licence obligations, both for clients, servers and databases.
