Ireland – Protective and safety clothing – CONTRACT FOR PROVISION OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND A FULLY MANAGED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT SERVICE

The Contracting Authority proposes to award a Contract for the provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and a fully Managed PPE Service for a three (3) year period. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend this Contract for a further period of Twelve (12) or Twenty-four (24) months. Personal Protective Equipment is to be utilised in our operations / garage / depot environments. To this end, the Contracting Authority requires a competent Company to facilitate but, not necessarily be limited to: • Measuring of staff at garage / depot locations throughout the Republic of Ireland, and to supply and manage the issue of protective garments. • Measuring of staff at garage / depot locations throughout the Republic of Ireland, and to supply and manage the issue of safety footwear. • To Supply All Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required in Bus Eireann Garages / Depots Nationwide. • To keep and maintain a database of staff’s sizing requirements for use in annual rollout campaigns. • Manage the Agreement in an effective and efficient manner.
