This expert will support sector stakeholders in achieving systemic change aimed at enhancing the quality and accessibility of employment and entrepreneurship for youth in the horticultural sector Maximum value € 350,000.--
The expert's main role is to guide and assist a select group of SME exporters in Senegal's horticulture sector, particularly focusing on enhancing their supply chains and implementing more decent work practices, with a particular emphasis on youth employment.
This expert will drive youth entrepreneurship development within the sector, concentrating on young exporters and young service providers.
