Ireland – Marketing services – Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Marketing Freelance Resources to Waterways Ireland with an initial contract for two roles (i) Communications Specialist and (ii) Insights Specialis

Waterway Ireland seeks to establish a multi-party framework agreement with suitably qualified service providers to supply agency personnel on a freelance basis to assist in the Marketing and Development function in contract roles. (i) Implement a Marketing Strategy to deliver increased participation on and alongside the waterways in all activity categories and to improve the reputation and awareness of the Waterways Ireland brand. (ii) Formulation of a Corporate Affairs Strategy to deliver the Body’s reputation and stakeholder management objectives. All tenders must be submitted via zip file.
