Barbados – Education and training services – Global Gateway to Education Facility

Designed to initiate the partnerships around Global Gateway priorities, the Global Gateway Education initiative create partnerships and networks that should lead to a stronger participation of the Caribbean in Erasmus+ and, prospectively, Horizon Europe. It will specifically focus on tertiary vocational and technical education, partnering with private sector entities and technical/community colleges to support the Caribbean's Global Gateway initiatives in those areas with most job creation potential. The proposed action will be implemented through a service contract covering both outputs, representing the full EUR 6 million allocation. This approach ensures coherence across interrelated activities and allows for flexible, efficient delivery aligned with Global Gateway priorities.
