Denmark – Security, fire-fighting, police and defence equipment – Amendment to Acquisition and sustainment agreement regarding acquisition and sustainment of mobile sensor systems

DALO has signed an amendment to the existing framework agreement with Precision Technic Defence A/S in which the warranty period is set start running upon installation of the product. The 6-year liability period for system defects is not included in the amendment and will remain unchanged. According to DALO's assessment the amendment does not entail a change of fundamental elements in the existing framework agreement, as the change alone entails a more burdensome liability obligation for the supplier than the framework agreement originally authorized, and it is DALO’s assessment that the change is legal under procurement law.
