Ukraine – Low-floor buses – Supply of new 10 metres low-floor electric e-buses, including battery charging infrastructure, main spare parts, wearing and consumable spare parts, maintenance and repair equipment and tools, and related services up to a total budget of € 3.9 million, VAT and, if relevant, customs duties excluded

Supply of two-axle e-Buses, new, M3 category, designed and constructed for the carriage of passengers, comprising more than eight seats in addition to the driver’s seat, and having a maximum mass exceeding 5 tons, in accordance with UNECE Regulation n°107. The Trolleybuses shall be with a left-hand steering wheel and a low floor throughout its with stepless access through all passenger doors, as driven by a 100% electric system based on battery, designed as a City type vehicle for the transportation of passengers by streets and roads Category I and III in accordance with DSTU 3587 and DBN V.2.3-5:2018 “Streets and Roads of Human Settlements”, which are intended for nominal static axle load of 115 kN. Overall dimensions of the e-Bus: length: a two-axle vehicle, one section: 10 ±0,5 m; width: 2.50 m (+0,05); height: maximum 3.5 m. The base of the e-Bus, the shapes of the front and rear parts of the body shall be such that, when turning to the right and to the left, it fits into a corridor having the following dimensions (UNECE Regulation n°107): 12.5 m – outer radius of the corridor; 5.3 m – internal radius of the corridor. When entering into a curve, the swept envelop of the rear part of the body should not exceed 0.6 m. The e-Bus is expected to provide a capacity for at least 90 passengers, including at least 25 seats. The seats must be securely fastened on a metal support structure made of heavy-duty galvanized steel pipe. The passenger compartment shall be provided with: 1 seat for a passenger in a wheelchair, 1 place for a baby carriage (can be combined with the place for the wheelchair), and seats for passengers with reduced mobility who are not in a wheelchair, as well as a place for a guide dog.
