Norway – Sewage, refuse, cleaning and environmental services – Technical consultancy services for reducing emissions to air from the petroleum industry.

As a part of Norwegian assistance, the Norwegian Environment Agency has professional cooperation with the authorities in a number of developing countries in order to reduce emissions from the countries petroleum activities. This work particularly focusses on emissions from flaring associated gas and methane emissions. We have limited capacity and are therefore seeking technical consultancy services in this area. CLIMATE AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT The deliveries in this procurement are consultancy services. Reference is made to the Directorate for Management and Financial Management (DFØ) ́s "Guidelines on climate and environmental considerations in public procurements" where "Consultancy and analysis services" are given as examples of services that, in their nature, are considered to have a climate footprint and environmental impact that is immaterial.
