Germany – Seminar organisation services – 81308569 - Support to the Sectoral Implementation of the Refugee Proclamation/ Policy action

On behalf of the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and co-financed by the European Union, the "Qualification and Employment Prospects for refugees, internally displaced persons (IDPs) and host communities in Ethiopia II" (QEP II) programme, supports the Ethiopian government in strengthening training and employment opportunities in Ethiopia in line with national, regional and international strategies in the context of refugee movements and internal displacement. The programme implements activities in Addis Ababa, and Somali, Benishangul-Gumuz and Tigray regions across five areas of action: (1) Policy advice to support the implementation of the national refugee legislation, (2) Expanding access to vocational training, (3) promoting employment, (4) fostering social cohesion and (5) supporting water and hygiene infrastructure.
