Cork Education and Training Board is seeking tenders for the establishment of Framework Agreements (2 in total) for The Supply and Delivery of Electrical Consumables. This is to facilitate the delivery of Electrical Apprenticeship Curriculum, version 4.1 – Phase 2, to Cork College of FET – Bishopstown Campus, and to other FET Colleges as may be required for the lifetime of the Framework. There are a number of classes which will result in the drawdown of this Framework Agreement together with any other requirements that may arise due to a change in the curriculum, over the duration of the Framework Agreement. Currently, Cork College of FET - Bishopstown Campus have 11 Phase 2 Electrical Apprenticeship intakes per year, with 14 students in each intake. There are also other courses that use electrical consumables, but at a significantly lower rate. Tenderers will also be responsible for the removal and environmentally friendly disposal of all packaging or waste materials from Cork ETB sites post-delivery. The Framework Agreement will be established as a Multi-Party Framework Agreement with a maximum of three (3) suppliers per lot, subject to that number meeting the minimum criteria and rules. Lot 1 – Electrical Consumables Lot 2 – Cables All products proposed in each Lot must comply with the specified standards (or equivalents) for all the products requested. Tenderers must complete the declarations of compliance. Multi-party framework agreement contracts will be awarded using the following two methods.
