Czechia – System maintenance services – Classified Information and Communication Systems for the GSA (GRON v2)

As part of the Galileo Programme, EUSPA is entrusted to design, procure, deploy, extend and maintain several networks supporting IT applications processing information classified up to SECRET UE/EU SECRET. Some of those networks support Galileo operations while others support the administration and management of the Galileo Programme. Under this framework contract different projects, implemented through multiple specific contracts, shall run for: • the deployment and exploitation of new classified networks, • the exploitation, improvement and extension of classified networks already in use. The major network, approved to handle classified information up to SECRET UE/EU SECRET, is already deployed with the current FWC GSA/OP/06/17 (i.e. Galileo Robust Operational Network (GRON v1)). This network has two main redundant sites, one in GSMC-FR (Saint-Germain-en-Laye, France) and one in GSMC-ES (San Martin de la Vega, Spain), and several subscriber sites (at least 11 in the first phase) across the European Union. With this procurement activity, the GRON v2 will be deployed in at least three phases, having the objectives to take-over of the GRON v1; to design, deploy, support of accreditation, test, validate and train the operators to the scope of the GRON v2. GRON v2 shall also add new functionalities to the GRON v1, including new classified networks, interface with the Galileo Ground System and cover in estimation more than 35 sites (mostly within EU).
