Consultancy services for the provision of full design services for a GAA Pitch and Nature Trail. Planning permission has been granted. Pl Ref 22/1210 The appointed consultant will be responsible for • the detailed design of the pitch and nature trail, • preparation of tender documents for public procurement in accordance with OGP guidelines, • acting as PSDP, • acting as Employers Representative for the duration of the construction stage, • administering the tender process, • preparation of tender report, • liaising with funding bodies, • administering the construction contract, • dealing the appointed contractor, • acting as Assigned Certifier, • administering the BCMS certification • full certification and signoff as required by the funding bodies and local authorities
