Belgium – Development of transaction processing and custom software – Purchase and implementation of a SaaS solution to support Site Hubs at Ghent University - Aankoop en implementatie van een SaaS-oplossing voor ondersteuning van Site Hubs aan Universiteit Gent

This contract concerns services for a Post Room System to optimize the organization of the site hubs (local delivery points) at the campuses of Ugent. To give the tenderer a good understanding of the problem definition for which UGent is seeking a solution, a description of it is given in the selection guide. The assignment starts as soon as the software is operational. The contract will be concluded for a period of 2 years with renewability of 4 times 2 years. This makes a possible total contract duration of 10 years. These extensions will be tacit, unless terminated by one of the parties by registered letter at least 3 months before the end of the current year. If the contract is not extended, the contractor may not to claim damages under this decision.
