Norway – Electricity – Arva AS - Procurement of power for Nettap and Obligation to deliver

The contract shall include the delivery of power. The power shall cover the loss of energy arising from the transport of power in the transfer network. In addition, network companies in the Energy Act § 3-3 are obliged to deliver power to consumables, either new or without a power supplier. This obliged power is also included in the contract. The contract obliges the tenderer to cover the contracting authority ́s need for network loss and mandatory power. Furthermore, the tenderer shall fulfil Arva's obligations with having a balance sheet manager for his network clearing area in the price area NO4.
