Norway – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – ESM service platform delivered as SaaS to Sykehuspartner HF

The contracting authority intends to procure a SaaS based, unified platform for Enterprise Service Management (ESM). In uniform we would like the Contracting Authority to replace the current system which has several separate products for working with ITSM/ESM, with one platform product that can solve assignments related to ITSM/ESM.
