Ireland – Legal advisory services – Multi-Party Framework for Fitness to Practise Legal Services

CORU intends to establish a framework agreement as a multi-party framework agreement with up to 2 operators for the provision of Fitness to Practise (FTP) Legal services. CORU requires high quality and solution focused expert legal services in the operation of Part 6 of the Act. The successful Tenderer will be required to provide FTP legal services to CORU when requested, to enable it to carry out its statutory duties accordingly, to include any applications or proceedings to the High Court arising from all components of Part 6 of the Act.
