Norway – Telecommunications equipment and supplies – Intention notice for signing a contract for telecommunication trainers/communication boards and fibre optic boards etc. for the Cyber Engineer School at The Norwegian Armed Forces University College.

The Norwegian Defence ́s Logistics Organisation (the Contracting Authority) wishes, with this intention notice, to enter into a contract with Farnell Norge for the procurement of telecommunications trainers (boards), fibre optic boards including work station (bases) and Software. The need was announced in an open tender contest in the Doffin and TED database on 11 August 2023, but the Contracting Authority did not receive any acceptable tenders and the competition was therefore cancelled on 20 October 2023. The contracting authority therefore chose to continue the procurement by using the procedure negotiations without a prior notice. The aim of this intention notice is that the Contracting Authority wants to be transparent and give the market the possibility to object to the above mentioned contract signing.
