Die Logistikbasis der Armee (LBA) ist für die Belieferung von Einweg-Kunststofffesseln zu Gunsten der Schweizer Armee verantwortlich. Die Einweg-Kunststofffesseln (auch Kabelbinder, Kabelband, Plastikhandfessel) sind ein universell einsetzbares Verbindungselement. Einweg-Kunststofffesseln werden durch die Schweizer Armee unter anderem als Handschellenersatz zur Fesselung von Personen verwendet. Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist die Auswahl eines zuverlässigen und kompetenten Leistungserbringers für die Lieferung von Einweg-Kunststofffesseln.
