Belgium – Education and training services – Single Framework Contracts to support training programmes and tabletop exercises on preparedness and response to cross border health threats including medical countermeasures

Lot 1 will be dedicated to the design, planning, organisation and evaluation of trainings, including the design, development, implementation and maintenance of eLearning/online content. Trainings in this context should be understood as any training course or event, regardless of its implementation mode.

Lot 2 will be dedicated to the design, planning and implementation of several simulation exercises, either tabletop or functional exercises depending on the objectives set by the lead and/or participating contracting authority.
