Norway – Refuse skips – Co-procurement contract smart waste containers

Oslo municipality shall enter into an agreement for the hire of smart waste containers including service, as well as additional equipment. There is a need for a contract that covers all the organisations in Oslo municipality ́s need for smart waste containers. Oslo municipality needs smart waste containers with larger capacity, which shall mainly be left out in public rooms and facilities. There is a need for a product and a system that provides a good data basis for operation and logistics. The contract shall include options for foiling and decorating, inner sacks and mortgage solutions. In addition there are optional options connected to power supply, several sizes of containers and key type. There is also an optional option for the hire of measuring sensors to put on conventional waste containers and which can be connected to the same digital system as the smart waste containers. It is voluntary for tenderers to decide whether they will offer the optional options.
