The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the need for the hire of equipment, machines and tools. Equipment will be hired for normal operations and maintenance at locations as well as for major military exercise activities and allied presence. The need varies in time and place between the different regions. Examples of equipment: lifts, hand tools, fences and other equipment, toilets, aggregates, barracks and tents.
