Norway – Subscription services – Handling subscriptions and access to periodicals and foreign newspapers.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into an agreement with a tenderer who can ensure handling subscriptions and the delivery of printed and electronic periodicals and foreign newspapers to the Norwegian Parliament. The handling of subscriptions includes, and is not limited to, routines for ordering and cancellation, invoicing, delivery, claims, renewals, updates, monitoring and maintenance of subscriptions. The selection of ordered titles will always depend on the Norwegian Parliament ́s requirements. See SSA-L and annexes for further details on the needs and requirements.
