Ireland – Repair and maintenance services – Defence Forces Mast Infrastructure upgrade

The Defence Forces is maintaining and where necessary renewing its current telecommunications infrastructure to ensure the operational sustainability of this critical infrastructure. This project will ensure that the Defence Forces are proactive in the provision and sustainment of critical infrastructure to the meet the requirements of the Defence Forces. It has a key objective of the project to maintain the current programme of replacement and maintenance that has been place. The Defence Forces will provide a supplementary document to candidates selected to participate in the Restricted process subject to the signing of a confidentiality agreement. It is proposed that the procurement process will be a two (2) stage, restricted process to include PQQ, and a final restricted RFT. It is expected that the award of the contract will be in Q4 2024. The competition is divided into two (2) Lots to meet the requirements of the Defence Forces CIS Corps. - Lot 1: Annual climb-down services and remedial maintenance works. - Lot 2 (mini framework): Mast replacement and new builds.
