Ireland – Legal services – Request for Tender to establish a Panel for the Provision of Secondary Legislative Drafting Services

The Services comprise: a panel of legislative Drafters (the “Drafters”) who will provide a secondary legislative drafting service to various Divisions of the Department of Transport as required. A minimum of two (2) and maximum of seven (7) legislative Drafters (“Drafters”) will be appointed to the Panel to provide Services to Divisions of the Department.
