Belgium – Motion picture and video tape production and related services – LUX Audience Award: Services related to organisation of film screenings in online and offline environment

The economic operator will be required to interact with rights holders for the purposes of collecting information about the films (such as title, release date, age restrictions, screening times), negotiate with them the legal rights for screenings and where applicable use of subtitles provided by the European Parliament as well as creating workflow management tool for informing parties about state of negotiations, and if needed, acquire from rights holders the subtitles in a given language. The economic operator shall be able to produce itself subtitles for the films in the requested languages.

The economic operator will be required to produce and deliver film copies and other related promotional multimedia material for the screening purposes (service limited to technical part).

The economic operator will be required to develop Video on Demand (VOD) platforms for different audiences (LUX selection panel, Members of the European Parliament, EP Liaison Offices etc.)
