Lot 2 covers provision of services to monitor, measure and co-design awareness-raising activities related to mental health and wellbeing at work including: • Co-design initiatives as follow-up to staff engagement surveys in the dimension of wellbeing at work • Run a series of events/workshops for staff with health experts and/or interactive tools that aim at engaging and strengthening the entire organisation in health and wellbeing-related topics (such as resilience, work-life balance, etc.) • Deliver wellbeing statistics, e.g. through an online data collection methodology to monitor individual and organisational wellbeing • Monitor and report on an annual basis on mental health and wellbeing status • Provide support for work-related issues • Provide psycho-sociological support to individual staff members • Provide mediation services
