The subject of this negotiated procedure is the provision of legal services to the Wild Birds Regulation Unit within the Ministry for Gozo and Planning in relation to infringement proceedings under Article 258 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) European Commission v. Republic of Malta concerning the finches research derogation regime under the Birds Directive.
