Belgium, Czechia – Research and development services and related consultancy services – Provision of support services to the European Union Agency for the Space Programme and the European Commission

Lot 1 covers tasks around the following main areas: - Translating user needs into mission and service evolutions, expressed as mission and service requirements properly documented in a technical baseline, with associated justification, traceability and compliance; - Defining a strategy and executing the associated activities in order to validate that the implementation of such services is fulfilling the requirements, establishing the associated compliance and preparing the relevant service documentation for the users; - Support the development, validation and adoption of standards enabling the adoption and use of the services, notably in (but not limited to) regulated markets; - Identifying, specifying and developing or procuring tools and user segment in support of the validation and adoption of the services.

The subject matter of Lot 2 is the provision of Engineering Support to EUSPA on Ground Segment and Space Segment activities. Ground Segment activities are split into two main threads, Evolution and Maintenance. Space Segment activities are split into two main threads, Support to Space Segment and Support to Launches Services activities.

Lot 3 covers Security-Cyber and Risk Analysis Support, including inter alia support with cyber internal auditing, defensive security design, vulnerability and risk assessments, management of PRS information.

Lot 4 focuses on the provision of services to the Contracting Authority on Project Management and Control, Product and Quality Assurance and Control, Asset and Configuration Management and Cost Engineering.

The subject matter of Lot 5 is the provision of support to Operations, Services Provision and Management, which encompasses more specifically deployment, maintenance and operations of both ground and space segments and sites hosting service management.
