Ireland – Consultative engineering and construction services – Engineer-Led Design Team Framework to progress design and construction, and act as Assigned Certifier, for construction of Social Housing

Galway County Council seek Tenders for the formation of a Framework Agreement for Engineer-Led Design Team Services for the Provision of Social and Affordable Residential Developments in County Galway. This would also include including associated building works such as Housing Renovations, Extensions and Refurbishment works. As the Initial competition, a Project Brief is included for a Social Housing House Development at Ballygar, Co. Galway.
