Norway – Systems and technical consultancy services – Framework agreement, Strategic ICT

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a non-exclusive framework agreement with a tenderer for strategic consultancy services within ICT for the defence sector. The objective of the framework agreement is that the defence sector, if needed, be able to make call-offs for strategic consultancy within ICT. Strategy here means converting political guidelines to set targets for ICT in the defence sector, as well as deflect by what means these targets can be achieved, and how the measures shall be used to achieve the targets.
