Bergen and Helse Stavanger intends to enter into a framework agreement with Medistim Norway for the delivery of vein connects to venous anastomose. The products are used by reconstructive micro surgery and are produced by Synovis MCA and Biover. It is not known for the Contracting Authority that there are other tenderers who offer equivalent systems. A market survey was conducted titled "Market Information: Venous Connects to Venous Anastomosis by Reconstructive Microsurgery", in which the Contracting Authority actively tried to identify alternative suppliers. However, the process did not result in further tenderers.
