Norway – Alarm-monitoring services – Framework agreement for the procurement of welfare technology

The objective of the procurement is to operate and modernise welfare technology in Grane, Hattfjelldal, Hemnes and Vefsn municipalities. We want to ensure that the health and welfare sector has a system that safeguards all welfare technological system support and data capture from alarms, sensors and the warning system. The system shall be able to be developed with other welfare technology without supplier dependency, the system must have open standardised protocols so that one can connect, for example, aids from NAV.
