The contract includes assistance with the execution of process and work connected to (further) development of the existing brand platform - and strategy to better support the business strategy, including work with a visual profile. The brand platform and strategy shall function as a guiding tool for different communication activities and operationalised through the communication strategy. In addition assistance is wanted with the work with employer branding, both the design of strategy, profile, concept and support/advice to prepare action/initiative plans. In summary, the framework agreement will be for the following services: Insight and analysis work of today's brand Updated brand platform and brand strategy Strategy for employer branding)Management and further development of visual profile and brand handbook Framework agreement requires close interaction. Tenderers must therefore be available for physical attendance at BKK (Ship/Solheim in Bergen) as needed. The tenderer will not be compensated for travel costs. The framework agreement has an estimated value of approx. NOK 500,000. The maximum value of the framework agreement for the entire period is NOK 1 million.
An agreement on ongoing strategic and operative communication assistance shall ensure that BKK has the necessary capacity, competence and flexibility to communicate well with different target groups as needed, including in crisis and stand-by situations. The assistance requires close interaction. Tenderers must therefore be available for physical attendance at BKK (Ship/Solheim in Bergen) as needed. The tenderer will not be compensated for flights and long journeys. The need for assistance can apply to minor assignments of a few hours, for assignments that last for a long time. Examples of assistance that will be relevant are content production for internal and external channels, media management, crisis communication, general communication consultancy, strategic communication planning and support help with implementing concrete measures. The framework agreement is not exclusive. The contracting authority reserves the right to outsource individual consultancy assignments and process assignments outside the framework agreement if there is a need for extraordinary expertise, or for other reasons it will be assessed as appropriate. The procurement ́s estimated extent is approx. NOK 500,000 per annum, excluding VAT. The estimate is not binding for the contracting authority during the agreement period. The extent of cases can vary based on the spectrum of cases, access to internal resources and the workload in general, as well as any need to supplement our competence. The maximum contract value for the entire duration of the framework agreement is NOK 3,200,000.
