Norway – Filing services – Consultancy services to prepare a conservation and barracks plan for Innovasjon Norge's special fields and the accompanying services.

The main aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for consultancy services to prepare a conservation and barracks plan (BK plan) for Innovation Norway, as well as associated consultancy services. This involves preparing an overall plan to ensure the information for the posterity. This includes making technological choices to ensure information readability, availability, integrity and authentication over time, and should result in an approved BK plan for our electronic archives. IN currently has an approved BK plan for the paper archives. The work includes consultancy services for built-in archiving, with BK assessments integrated in the set-up of new and existing integrations with Documaster. BK assessments shall also be connected to the classification in Public 360. In connection with system implementation, we would like assistance with preparing applications for liquidation for the National Archive of Norway.
