Ukraine – Miscellaneous transport equipment and spare parts – Supply of new low-floor buses 12 meters length, including a set of mandatory, consumables and wearing spare parts, a set of equipment and tools for maintenance and repair, and related services, up to a total budget of € 12 million, sales taxes and customs duties excluded

Supply of the new two-axle left-hand drive full low floor city buses 12 m length and related services includes the supply of the following: - Buses low floor 12 metres; - Maintenance and repair equipment and tools; - Mandatory spare parts; - Consumable and wearable spare parts; - Documentation; - Personnel training; - Commissioning of Bus vehicles and ancillary equipment (including installation, if needed). Incoterms Delivery conditions: The version of Incoterms shall be the 2020 edition of Incoterms, published by the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris, EXW for Goods to be supplied from within the Contracting Authority’s country and CIP for Goods to be supplied from outside the Contracting Authority’s country excluding VAT. The required date of arrival of the first delivery on the final place of destination (Project Site) is no later than: 34 weeks from the date of the advance payment receipt by the Supplier. The required completion date is no later than: 47 weeks from the date of the advance payment receipt by the Supplier.
