Norway – Diesel fuel – An agreement for internal diesel deliveries to tank

SSR would like to enter into a contract for internal diesel delivery at tank. The period from April 2026 until April 2030 (4 years) will apply. Thereafter with a one-sided option for 1 year plus 1 year. It will be apparent that SSR is free to utilise the option or not. Tenderers must deal with the alternative that SSR well. That the contract period is over 4 years is founded on the regulations §§ 6-1 fourth paragraph. Due to the need for competition, there is naudsynt with the exception of extending the write-down time on objects included in the contract. Our diesel consumption is very jamt distributed throughout the year. The total annual consumption is approx. 123,000 litres of idiesel and 22,000 litres of low tax diesel.
