Politiets fellestjenester (PFT) shall, on behalf of the Norwegian Police, the Norwegian Police Security Service, Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency, the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency and the Norwegian Customs enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of materials suitable for punctures of tyres on vehicles.
