Germany – Business development consultancy services – 81307551-Consulting services on TVET and employment promotion to support green transition of Mozambican economy

The subject of this tender is services under Output 4 - demand-oriented vocational education and training offers and support for integration in the labour market in selected sectors supporting the green transformation in Mozambique. The duration of the service contract is around 25 months. The project team will be based in Maputo and Beira, but activities will be carried out nationwide at various TVET institutions. The tendered services include the following work packages: - Work package 1: Coordination of a network of actors with relevant partners and advisory on the development of qualification offers in renewable energy, transport and logistics; - Work package 2: Further training of teachers (ToT) in the field of renewable energies, transport & logistics and elaboration of teaching and learning materials; - Work package 3: Implementation of courses, including procurement of workshop and laboratory equipment, course advertisement, professional orientation, career guidance, job placement, and tracer studies. The main implementation partners for Output 4 are the State Secretariat for TVET (Secretaria de Estado do Ensino Técnico-Profissional, SEETP) and the State Secretariat for Youth and Employment (Secretaria de Estado da Juventude e Emprego, SEJE) and subordinate TVET institutes and employment centers. The project will seek active partnerships with the private sector, which will be a crucial partner in mobilizing private sector companies and to ensure their active participation in the implementation of activities.
