Belgium – Development consultancy services – Addendum n.1 to contract DEVCOM/2024/461-144 "Support to European Development Policy, Team Europe, and Global Gateway"

The contract notice EC-INTPA/2024/EA-RP/0043, which published the restricted procedure for the existing contract, provided for an extension with the same contractor in duration and/or scope up to approximately EUR 5,066,800 for similar services. These are justified with the need for: 1.additional support to INTPA HQ and Member States in Team National's project origination for global gateway projects; support to the newly established “Reinforced Delegations” which will host additional regional expertise to support neighboring Delegations, in managing Global Gateway, migration, stability, strategic communication; 3. cover more comprehensive, multidisciplinary studies and mapping exercises targeting Global Gateway strategic economic corridors and country coordination platforms. The current additional available budget is limited to 3.500.000 €
