Norway – Transport equipment and auxiliary products to transportation – A sweeping vehicle for biogas to Øvre Romerike waste company ØRAS

Øvre Romerike Avfallsselskap IKS – ØRAS needs to procure a sweeping vehicle in the medium size (4.5-6 m3). ØRAS intends to reduce their emissions, but cannot use an electrical powered system as they will use the existing filling plant at ØRAS for biogas. This is the same facility that all vehicles at ØRAS attend. ØRAS has therefore landed on biogas best fulfilling their needs. Due to particulate matter problems in the area of ØRAS in winter, it is necessary for the sweeping vehicle to be able to sweep without using water. ØRAS would therefore like to enter into a contract with BIMO AS for the procurement of this type of sweeping vehicle that goes on biogas. The estimated value of the sweeping vehicle is NOK 3,000,000- The intention notice will be open until 07.04.2025. After that, a contract will be signed with BIMO AS.
