Luxembourg – Technical assistance services – Technical Assistance to prepare Armenia Resilient Syunik Program (RESYP)

The overall objective of this TA operation is to support the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia (Promoter), Water Committee, and other beneficiaries in preparing an investment programme for the drinking water supply component of Armenia Resilient Syunik Program (RESYP) for a complex modernisation of water supply systems that would meet expected requirements, including the EIB’s criteria for financing, based on a well-defined project scope, implementation plan and costs estimates.
